Shipping & Return Policy
When will my products be shipped?
Each of our products is handcrafted. All in-stock products are shipped within 3-5 business days. Occasionally, small delays may occur when we are handling large orders. Our goal is to make sure your products are delivered on time and meet your expectations.
How are my products being shipped?
Shipping is FREE on orders over $125 (CA shipping addresses only).
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered outside your door, on a concierge table, with your neighbour, or wherever else they may be left. As well, we are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address, so please double-check your shipping address before you submit your order.
We ship outside the Canada when purchases are made online. International shipping to U.S. is a flat rate of $25 and $45 to the rest of the world. International orders over $350 ship FREE. Please allow 6 – 12 business days for international parcels, barring any unforeseen customs delays out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for any customs delays or charges. All customs, duties, taxes and fees are your responsibility. If you have any questions, please email us at email@example.com.
Once your order is placed, we will send you an order confirmation email. Your tracking information will be included in a second email that confirms your order was shipped and completed. If, for some reason, you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PLEASE NOTE ALL SALES ARE FINAL. RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
As our products are handcrafted and hand packaged to ensure the highest quality, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for general dissatisfaction. Please contact us with any questions you may have prior to ordering. Our products are described as accurately as possible and we have listed all of the ingredients on our website. Please make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing and take the “no refund policy” into consideration before you buy.
If any item is damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately. Within seven days of receiving your order, please email us at email@example.com if you are missing a product, received a damaged item, or have any other concerns. Please have your order confirmation number on hand in order to expedite the process. It will always be our pleasure to resolve your concern as quickly as possible. No returns will be granted following the seven days after delivery.
